Job summary

NorthBay Home Health in Frostproof, FL is seeking an RN or LPN to provide individualized 1:1 home health care, following established care plans and monitoring patient progress to ensure comfort and safety.

The position offers flexible scheduling (nights/days negotiable), a supportive, patient-focused environment, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with families while earning competitive pay and maintaining strong clinical practice in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted).
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized 1:1 nursing care in a home setting

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any changes

Requirements

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (compact license accepted)
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Skills with G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators a plus
