Job summary

NorthBay Home Health is seeking licensed RNs or LPNs for in-home pediatric care in the Sebring area. This role features 12-hour shifts with day or night options and a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure personalized care for children.

Openings include full-time and part-time schedules; compensation ranges from $25 to $35 per hour based on experience and licensure, with flexible weekend coverage. Join a team dedicated to compassionate clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license; Compact license accepted.
• Minimum 1 year home health nursing experience.
• Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies, and Ventilator care desirable.
• AHCA Level 2 Background Screening eligibility required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home.
• Monitor patient condition and follow individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered procedures.
