Job summary

Nova Leap is seeking caregivers to provide in-home support, including personal care, meal prep, and companionship. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping with daily activities and transportation to appointments in a compassionate, respectful manner.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and a supportive team that values resilience, teamwork, and the welfare of clients. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have English language comprehension.
• Experience working in a one-on-one in-home care setting.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, patient, and strong work ethic.
• Available to work a consistent schedule.
• Experience as caregiver, HHA, or CNA.
• Observe and enforce health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Engagement: walks, outings, games, crafts, meals, shopping, and conversation.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, dusting, trash, mail.
• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Medication and appointment reminders.
• Assist with transportation to doctor’s appointments.
