Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide 1:1 private duty care for a 17-year-old female client in Irwin, PA.

This part-time evening role runs 5:30 PM–9:00 PM, three days per week, delivering personalized care in a home setting and building meaningful connections. You will assist with activities of daily living, communicate clearly with the family and care team, and provide family-centered pediatric support.

Qualifications

• HHA certification or equivalent caregiver experience.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

What You'll Need

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
