Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) for 1:1 pediatric private duty care in Berlin, PA. Full-time daytime schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, with ongoing training and support.

You will provide ADL assistance, communicate with the care team and family, and deliver pediatric, family-centered care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) is required or trained.
• Ability to provide patient-focused one-on-one care.
• Experience with pediatric clients is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

What You'll Need

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
