Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric care for a 7-year-old boy in a home setting in Cresson, PA. This full-time, day-shift role offers meaningful connections and a steady schedule.

You will assist with ADLs, coordinate with the care team, and deliver family-centered pediatric care. Training is provided, CPR is preferred, and a supportive team backs you up.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience.
• Pediatric care experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric care.
