Summit Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, and DSPs to provide one-on-one home care across the Twin Cities metro area. If you love helping others, can manage a dynamic client schedule, and value the freedom of field work, this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification.
• Ability to manage multiple client visits per day with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks.
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines.
• Travel independently between homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately.
• Be a steady, supportive presence for Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities.

Compensation: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (for bathing/showering)
