Job summary

Summit Home Care is hiring In-Home Caregivers / Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one support to veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities across the Twin Cities metro area. You will travel between client homes within a 35-mile radius, delivering personal care and companionship with flexible, part-time hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule.
• Heart for service, patience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support like dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks.
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines.
• Travel independently between homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately.
• Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities.

Compensation: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (for bathing/showering)
