Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work across multiple states, with a focus on compassionate, high-quality client care and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift is required.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB) is required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• HHA/PCA certification or willingness to obtain is expected.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
