Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations in Massachusetts. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Hoyer lift experience required.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass background check.
• HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.)
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation
