Job summary

CareGivers America in Philadelphia is seeking compassionate caregivers to support children in their homes. No experience needed — we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

This is meaningful, one-to-one care where you truly make a difference in a child’s daily life. Earn $14.75/hr with paid training provided, plus flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts) and benefits including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work in Philadelphia.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support IEPs and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with daily activities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, and occasional lifting.

What You’ll Do:
