Job summary

CareGivers America is hiring a Pediatric Caregiver to provide 1:1 supervision and support for children in their homes. No experience required—training and Home Health Aide certification paths are available. The role emphasizes compassionate, individualized care and safe daily routines.

Salary starts at $14.75 per hour with paid training, flexible schedules, and benefits including insurance and PTO. Responsibilities include aiding with daily living, implementing IEPs/BIPs, and promoting skill

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work in Berks County.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
