Job summary

CareGivers America is seeking a Pediatric Caregiver in Dauphin County to provide 1:1 in-home supervision for children. No experience required; paid training and certification opportunities are available to help you become a Home Health Aide (HHA).

Earn $14.75 per hour with flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. This role supports daily living, hygiene, meals, and structured activities within a safe home setting.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Dauphin County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location
• No experience needed — we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
