Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Caregiver to provide in-home, one-on-one supervision for children in the Schuylkill/Berks area. The role offers $14.75 per hour with paid training provided and no prior experience required.

We train and support you to become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA), and you’ll work in Minersville with reliable transportation to clients’ locations. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• No experience required — we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
