Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners delivers compassionate in-home care to individuals connected with DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. As an HHA, you will provide one-on-one support in patients' homes, with a focus on independence and dignity.

Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, reflecting experience, shift type, and market factors. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision for full-time staff, EAP, and a 401(k) option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certified.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

About the Role:

As a HHA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our patients' quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
