Job summary

Metro Accounting and Professional Services seeks a Site Lead/Lead Instructor Pilot to manage a foundational BAQ program for the HH-60W platform. You will oversee day-to-day training, supervise instructors, and ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across sessions.

Ideal candidates hold 1,000 hours in H-60/S-70 variants with 300+ hours as an instructor, NVG/CVI qualifications, and a SECRET clearance. NCR airspace qualification and CRM training are required or to be completed prior to start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1,000 hours in any H-60 or S-70 aircraft with 300+ hours as a certified instructor pilot or SMA.
• Formal instrument qualification and CRM course completed.
• NVG operations qualification.
• HH-60W systems familiarization course or Government-approved equivalent.
• AIS graduates desired but not required.
• FAA CFII certification is highly desired.
• NCR airspace qualification required or to be completed before beginning instruction.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the HH-60W BAQ training program.
• Direct supervision of the instructor cadre.
• Ensure quality and standardization of instruction across all sessions.
• Coordinate training activities and maintain NCR airspace readiness.
