Crew Training International is seeking an experienced instructor to deliver developed courseware in a classroom environment. The role involves providing technical content and conducting training for the HH-60 aircraft. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related fields and substantial flying experience.
Responsibilities include serving as a Subject Matter Expert, maintaining courseware, and conducting training as required. This position requires a security clearance and offers opportunities to travel across US locations.
Deliver CTI developed courseware through instruction/facilitation in a classroom environment and develop aircraft specific CRM courseware.
Bachelor of Science / Arts degree in aviation or related field or equivalent academic experience.
Must have flying experience within the past ten (10) years and a minimum of 500 flying hours in the HH‑60 aircraft in any crew position. Familiarity with USAF CSAR operations required. Experience in other H‑60 models (Army, Navy, USCG) will be considered.
Instructor experience and 1000 hours in the HH‑60 aircraft. H‑60 Pilot experience preferred.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, flexible in work assignments, work with little to no supervision, and enthusiastic. Ability to travel extensively as required by work assignments. Security clearance required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must currently possess security clearance of "Secret" or above.
