Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an experienced MH-60R Contract Instructor to deliver aviation training to naval personnel in a simulated and classroom environment. You will develop and update curriculum, participate in device testing, and ensure training quality and safety.

The role requires strong instructional background on military rotorcraft and eligibility for security clearance. The position involves coordinating with government and contractor teams, maintaining training devices, and delivering

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 500 command hours on multi engine, multi crew, medium helicopter (H-60) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years instructional experience in a military rotary wing environment.
  • Sea-going tour with USN, RAN, or RN.
  • Qualified to be authorized by HQ-FAA Chief Aircrew examiner or delegate.
  • Previous anti-submarine and surface warfare experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide MH-60R aviation instruction in classroom, simulator, and practical environments.
  • Develop curriculum and update training devices and scenarios.
  • Conduct scheduled instructor-led training and assess trainee performance.
  • Maintain currency of mission scenarios and training materials.
  • Attend required meetings and support safety, QA, and records duties.
