Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking a part-time H-60 Instructor SME/CRM located in Tucson, Arizona. You will deliver developed courseware through instruction in a classroom environment and develop aircraft specific CRM courseware.

Ideal candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in aviation or related field, have at least 500 flying hours in HH-60 aircraft, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Security clearance of at least 'Secret' is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Must have flying experience within the past ten years with minimum 500 flying hours in HH-60 aircraft.
• Must possess current security clearance of 'Secret' or above.
• Instructor experience preferred with 1000 hours in HH-60 aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing technical content for courseware.
• Conduct academic instruction and remedial student training.
• Develop annual training plan for the primary customer site.
