Job summary

Nevro, a global medical device company, seeks a Cood Patient Success Coach to join the HFX Coach team within the Customer Excellence group. You will interact with patients, provide technical product education, and collaborate with Sales Representatives, Therapy Consultants, and internal teams to ensure superior outcomes.

The role requires strong communication skills, comfort with advanced technologies, and a willingness to travel for training and field support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative role is a plus.
• Customer service experience is a plus; SCS and/or patient interaction experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and phone communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfort and adaptability with advanced technologies.
• Desire to engage in patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with patients.
• Serve as a resource for clinical patient support for device troubleshooting and product inquiries.
• Provide clinical education for company products and related procedures; respond to detailed technical inquiries from patients.
• Respond to patient and field communications promptly; report all product complaints to appropriate personnel within required timeframes.
• Provide documented follow-up on all patient interactions to the sales team; consult with internal departments to maintain clinical outcomes.
• Perform ongoing patient follow-up to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Be available during all pre-determined hours; use telephone, keyboard and modern software tools.
• Travel 5-10% for training, conferences and occasional field support.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements; maintain professional conduct.
