Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, Enterprise FP&A, to lead financial reporting for the Global Financial Planning team. You’ll consolidate metrics across brands, deliver executive-level packages, and maintain robust 3-statement models for forecasting and long-term planning.

You’ll support analyses of actuals vs forecasts, drive scenario planning, and present insights to senior leadership. This role is office-based in Colorado with onsite collaboration and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Admin, Finance or Economics; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of related work experience; high professionalism for a visible role with senior leadership.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; budgeting and forecasting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive consolidation and enhancement of financial metrics across brands and units.
• Generate and deliver executive-level financial reporting packages for senior leadership and the Board.
• Build and maintain complex 3-statement financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze actuals vs. forecast and provide actionable insights; support scenario planning and risk analysis.
• Prepare materials and take notes during high-stakes financial review meetings.
• Develop business cases and contribute to strategic initiatives with ad hoc analysis.
