Sunoco LP seeks a Health, Environmental, and Safety (HES) Compliance leader to oversee regulatory programs across facilities. You will drive permits, reporting, incident investigations, and training to foster a strong safety culture.

With 2–5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, you will partner with operations to ensure OSHA, PSM, DOT, and environmental standards are met while advancing continuous improvement across terminals and sites.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, Clean Air Act, water).
• Experience managing air, hazardous waste, stormwater, and wastewater programs.

Mansioni

• Maintain and update FRPs and SPCC plans.
• Manage environmental permits and compliance obligations (air, stormwater, wastewater).
• Oversee hazardous waste programs (VSQG, SQG, LQG).
• Manage spill reporting, emergency response, and short-term remediation projects.
• Oversee tank registrations and reporting.
• Coordinate and respond to regulatory inspections and information requests.
• Conduct required agency notifications and environmental reporting.
• Provide environmental compliance training for facility personnel.
• Conduct internal and external audits and track corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to site personnel on regulatory compliance strategies.
• Ensure data QA/QC for reports and submissions.
• Identify, track, and mitigate compliance risks.
• Standardize programs and documentation across terminals.
