Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years previous railroading experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable CFR Part 49 regulations required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage railroad operations staff and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with FRA and ODOT regulations.
  • Create monthly schedules for train operations.
  • Assist with development of schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good repair.
