Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our hepatology and transplant team. The APP will provide medical management to patients with advanced liver disease and those pre-liver transplant, primarily in outpatient settings with potential inpatient rotation.

Join a multidisciplinary team with full support from surgical team, transplant pharmacists, nurse coordinators, dietitians, financial coordinators, and social workers.

Qualifikationen

• NP experience in Hepatology and/or Liver Transplant preferred, however new grads are welcome with RN critical care or specialty experience.
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances.
• Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS.

Aufgaben

• Provide medical management to patients with advanced liver disease and those pre-liver transplant.
• Outpatient clinics with potential inpatient rotation and ambulatory hours.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team including surgical team, transplant pharmacists, nurse coordinators, dietitians, financial coordinators and social workers.
