Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, US Health Economics and Outcomes Research & Real-World Evidence to lead real-world evidence programs and economic analyses describing the impact of Ipsen medicines for healthcare decision makers.

The role involves designing rigorous HEOR/RWE studies, communicating results to internal and external audiences, and aligning US plans with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs and Global HEOR teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HEOR/RWE experience.
• Experience presenting HEOR/RWE at scientific conferences or to external audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Input into Integrated Evidence Generation Plans for US needs.
• Lead design, conduct and dissemination of US HEOR/RWE studies and projects.
• Develop materials such as AMCP dossiers and budget impact models for customer engagements.
• Train field teams on value communication resources.
• Support meetings with external customers and present approved value resources.
• Track budgets and timelines; ensure internal approvals and execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and Ipsen policies.
• Stay updated on methodological advances in HEOR research.
