Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Hemophilia Treatment Center. You will work under the Clinical Research Manager, PI, and leadership to execute and coordinate studies involving adults with bleeding disorders.

The role requires coordinating participant recruitment, consent, study visits, and data management while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality data. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced research setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• HS graduation or higher and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies of varying size and complexity.
• Screen and enroll eligible participants; obtain informed consent.
• Coordinate study visits, surveys, interviews, and protocol procedures.
• Manage data entry, validation, and data quality control.
• Maintain regulatory files and assist with IRB submissions and renewals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, research staff, and external partners.
