Job summary

Versiti, Inc. seeks an experienced physician leader to guide the Comprehensive Center for Bleeding Disorders and Hemophilia Treatment Center.

Reporting to the EVP/CMO, the Program Director will shape strategic direction, develop leaders, and expand access to high‑quality care while advancing research, education, and advocacy within a nationally recognized center. This role requires collaboration with academic partners, hospital systems, and community organizations, and offers a competitive total

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board certification in internal medicine or medicine/pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility in hematology; certification within 120 days of hire.
• Current Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Center's long-term vision and 340B program.
• Align clinical care, research, education, advocacy, and finances with Versiti's mission.
• Manage resources to support sustainable growth and operations.
• Collaborate with partners including medical schools and hospitals to advance patient care.
