University of Cincinnati’s Hoxworth Blood Center is seeking a full-time Program Director within the Department of Clinical Services. The role directs, designs, and manages programs, supports fellowship processes, and coordinates faculty processes and budgets.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential in a mission-driven academic medical setting. Responsibilities include budget oversight, scholarly record-keeping for grants, internal policy development, and acting as a primary

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
Eight years of related experience; can substitute training for education.
Experience in program development or business administration is expected.

Mansioni

Direct project teams and oversee programs; develop materials and evaluate quality.
Support fellowship applications and manage applicant communications.
Coordinate Transfusion Medicine Grand Rounds logistics and communications with hospitals and leadership.
Oversee ARPT processes for faculty and manage related faculty logistics.
Oversee budget operations and financial reporting; manage purchasing and reimbursements.
Maintain scholarly records for grant submissions and departmental evaluations.
Provide administrative support to the Center Director.
Develop internal policies and keep records; ensure compliance.
Serve as liaison with internal and external entities and community organizations.
