Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced RN Charge Nurse to lead the hemodialysis team in delivering high-quality patient care. You will supervise direct patient care staff, participate in staffing decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards across the facility.

The role requires dialysis nursing experience, supervisory capabilities, and strong communication skills to coordinate with physicians and the care team. Travel between locations may be involved in this role.

Qualificações

• RN license issued in the United States.
• Dialysis nursing experience required.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day guidance to direct patient care staff and participate in staffing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations in clinics with applicable size.
• Coordinate Charge Nurse duties with Staff RNs.
• Admit new patients according to facility procedures.
• Promote safe, effective patient care and educate patients and families.
