• Must successfully complete a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Assess and respond to patient care needs.

Skills

Good communication skills - verbal and written

Supervisory experience

Clinical experience in dialysis

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)

Current appropriate state licensure
