Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Hemodialysis Team Leader (RN) in Charlotte, NC to direct daily patient care and supervise staff across the dialysis unit. The role requires nursing licensure, dialysis experience, and supervisory responsibilities to ensure safe, compliant care in a busy clinic.

The incumbent will partner with physicians and broader clinical teams, lead in-services, manage staff performance, and uphold policies to deliver high-quality outcomes for patients with kidney disease.

Qualifications

• RN license in the appropriate state.
• Minimum nursing experience with dialysis exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day guidance and supervision to direct patient care staff.
• Participate in staffing, hiring, firing and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations in clinics with 100+ patients.
• Supervise patient care during dialysis and assist as needed.
• Coordinate with Clinical Manager on staff meetings and operations.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis therapy and self-care.
