Responsibilities

• Directs Patient Care Technician’s provision of safe and effective dialysis therapy.
• Assesses daily patient care needs and assigns appropriate care.
• Documents patient status and lab results in the Medical Information System.
• Maintains a clean, safe dialysis environment and equipment.
• Participates in CQI activities and staff training.
• Provides patient education on dialysis, diet, and medications.
