Qualifications

• Ishihara Color Blind Test is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current appropriate state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing and quality standards.
• Provides leadership, coaching and development plans for direct reports.
• Coordinates all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge.
• Oversees staff hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Facilitates physician privileges and maintains regular communication with physicians and the Governing Body.
• Ensures compliance with credentialing and data reporting requirements.
