Job summary

U.S. Renal Care in Hawaii is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a cross-functional team, under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, and to supervise Patient Care Technicians in caring for patients with kidney disease.

You will provide direct dialysis care, perform pre/post-treatment assessments, monitor during treatment, and review medication profiles to administer meds per physician orders. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to meet staffing needs and comply with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: provide safe, high-quality dialysis, perform assessments, monitor patients, and administer medications per orders.
• Teamwork: participate in interdisciplinary care planning and ensure staffing per regulations.
• Safety & Quality: follow policies, state and federal laws, and engage in meetings and continuing education.
