Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Four (4) years of related experience required
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – required prior to the end of the orientation period

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, or coordinate the Nursing operations within the organization.
• Manages the work efforts of supervisors and/or individual contributors.
• Makes decisions based on unit objectives, as well as company policies and procedures.
