Qualifications

• AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
• Minimum two years clinical experience.
• Minimum one year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Exercise delegated administrative responsibility and authority for supervision of hospital personnel and functions within the assigned unit/location for the shift.
• Serve as a leader and resource person to facilitate efficient operational activities across the organization.
