Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA is seeking a Nursing Operations leader to oversee nursing services, coordinate shift coverage, and ensure patient care standards across units.

This role directs supervisors, aligns with policy, and drives quality and staffing efficiency in a high-demand hospital setting at Penn State Health. The position offers opportunities to influence care delivery and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Four (4) years of related experience required
  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) – required prior to the end of the orientation period
