The position requires an RN license, an Associate degree in Nursing, and at least four years of progressive clinical leadership experience with BLS. BSN preferred and strong focus on quality and safety.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of four (4) years progressive clinical leadership experience required.
• American Heart Association BLS required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• BSN preferred.
