Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) to advance healthcare providers’ knowledge and adoption of Genentech products within a defined therapeutic area. You will serve as the primary contact for customers in the ecosystem, driving end-to-end experiences and clinical/non-clinical decision making at the point of care.

You will coordinate education on product information, reimbursement resources, and access while aligning with national strategy local execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or clinically oriented field.
• 6+ years in sales with healthcare professionals, across complex systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with payers, health systems or related stakeholders.
• Ability to coach, train and mentor peers to meet goals and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers in the therapeutic area and identify opportunities for ecosystem and area strategies.
• Lead end-to-end experience for assigned accounts, driving clinical and non-clinical decision making at the point of care.
• Proactively develop solutions for complex accounts within and across ecosystems including academic and delivery networks.
• Represent Genentech products ethically, using approved materials and providing education on product use and reimbursement resources.
• Triage to experts when needed and ensure access to products aligns with policy and patient needs.
