Job summary

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Specialty Account Representative to cover a Missouri territory. You will manage hematology/oncology accounts, call on hospital systems and IDNs, and drive strategic relationships to influence decision-makers.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA with 6+ years in pharma sales and 3+ years in specialty hematology/oncology. Travel up to 30% is required; remote/home-office based in the KC Metro, Wichita or Springfield areas in MO.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 6+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical experience (hematology/oncology preferred).
• Knowledge of buy-and-bill and reimbursement in hospital and provider settings.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business plans and marketing strategies.
• Expand customer base by building rapport with hospital systems, IDNs and community practices.
• Apply account management processes to maximize product portfolio opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access and Medical Affairs.
