Schedule

• Full-time, M-F 8a-5p
  • 4x10s option may be available
  • Call rotation is 1:3 and light
  • Weekly call schedule

Procedures and Cases

• 25% hematology / 75% oncology
• Approximately 14-16 patients per day
• 30 minutes for follow-ups, 60 minutes for new patients

Requirements

• BC/BE in Hematology, Hem/Onc, or Medical Oncology (within 5 years)
• Active California license required
• BLS and DEA required

Credentialing Requirements

• 45-day credentialing timeframe
