Hematology/Oncology Opening - Boise, ID

J1/H1b Eligible Health Group is seeking 2-3 passionate, mission-driven Oncologists to join a physician-led multispecialty group in Boise, ID.

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent
• Practice is QOPI certified and accredited with the Commission on Cancer through the American College of Physicians.
• Full-time: 4-day work week, M-F with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time - including clinic, treatments, and rounding as needed.
• On Call: 1:7 shared equitably on evenings and weekends. Inpatient unit covered by Oncology Hospitalist Monday through Friday 8-5.
• Providers will cover inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic duties.
• Full-service cancer center with medical, radiation, and surgical oncology offers integrative care team support with nurse navigators, social work support, genetics counseling, and nutritionist.
• Dedicated 10-bed inpatient unit.
• Weekly tumor boards provide opportunities to collaborate with fellowship-trained surgeons in breast, plastic/reconstruction, GYN oncology, colorectal, neurosurgery, thoracic, and esophageal cancers.
• Innovative programs include lung cancer screening, lung nodule clinic, neuro oncology, and robust clinical trials through the Montana Cancer Consortium.
• Primary care providers in key geographic locations throughout the Treasure Valley support this specialized team.
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC and AI tools for documentation.
