Join Our Team as a Hematology Oncology Physician in Boise, ID!

We are seeking four passionate, mission-driven Oncologists to join our physician-led multispecialty group in Boise, Idaho. Our facility offers a multidisciplinary approach to patient care with over 650 providers. We are QOPI certified and accredited with the Commission on Cancer through the American College of Physicians.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care as part of a robust team of Hematology/Oncology physicians.
• Engage in inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic coverage.
• Work a full-time, 4-day workweek with a minimum of 32 hours of patient contact time.
• Participate in shared on-call duties (1:7) on evenings and weekends.
• Contribute to weekly tumor boards with fellowship-trained surgeons from various specialties.
• Utilize a full-service cancer center offering medical, radiation, and surgical oncology.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans using EPIC EMR and AI tools.
• Be part of innovative programs including lung cancer screening and robust clinical trials.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Oncology/Hematology fellowship.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology (must become Board Certified within 3 years of employment).
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Valid medical licenses in Idaho and Oregon (or willing to obtain).
• DEA certification (or willing to obtain).
• Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS) certification (or willing to obtain).
