Job description

Hematology/Oncology Opening - Norton, VA

Located 45 minutes to Kingsport, J1/H1 visa sponsorship eligible.

Position Details

1. Full-time, permanent employment

3. The cancer center houses medical and radiation oncology services, a 20-chair infusion center, and an onsite mobile PET CT scanner, all at one convenient location.
4. Patients have access to onsite dietitians, social workers, financial assistance, clinical trials/research, support groups, screenings, high-risk clinics, and Nurse Navigators to support their treatment journey.
5. The staff provides personalized care plans tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.
6. Physicians participate in weekly, multi-modality tumor board conferences to determine the best treatment options.
7. The center is one of seven locations in the service area, equipped with advanced technologies such as Brachytherapy, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, Trilogy, TruBeam STX, and Brain Lab.
8. The center offers a scenic lodge-like setting with mountains in the background, a large garden, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the infusion center.
