Job description

Facility in Minneapolis, MN seeking HemOnc locums coverage Rates: $525/hr Position Details:

• Setting: Inpatient coverage only
• Dates Needed: Start ASAP (end of January at the latest)
• Duration: Minimum of 9 months
• Call Schedule:
  • 5:00 PM 8:00 AM
  • Low call volume (average 1-2 calls per night)
• Average Daily Census: 10+ patients
• EMR System: EPIC
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 months (MN license or IMLC required)

Required Procedures:

• Management of VAD/CV Catheters (including assessment of port integrity)
• Intrathecal Chemotherapy Administration

Requirements:

• ABMS Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology (REQUIRED)
• MN State License or IMLC (REQUIRED)
• BLS Certification (REQUIRED)
