Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication use process and clinical pharmacy services in assigned area.
• Ensure best-practice clinical care, patient satisfaction, and efficient workflow.
• Evaluate current pharmacy practices and implement improvements.
• Develop new programs based on needs and opportunities.
• Address staff and patient issues, with leadership guidance when needed.
• Perform staff performance management and staffing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain department policies and procedures.
