Job summary
Northwestern Medicine in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate evidence-based care for an assigned patient group, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current State of Illinois, Registered Professional Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR through American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Advocates for patient-centered care and develops a patient care plan.
- Participates in continuing education and pursuit of specialty certification when eligible.
- Mentors and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient care.
- Delivers evidence-based nursing interventions in a timely and safe manner.
- Communicates clearly during handoffs and with patients and families.
- Engages in professional growth and participates in nursing leadership initiatives.
