Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing required.
• 3+ years of progressive nurse leadership experience in oncology settings.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS from American Heart Association.
• ACLS from American Heart Association.
• Oncology, chemotherapy administration experience.
• ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• National Certification (OCN or BMTCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a Hematology Unit nursing team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor quality metrics, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily operations and patient flow.
• Participate in budget planning and supply management.
• Provide staff coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
