Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences required or Medical Technology degree.
• ASCP certification (MLT/MT/MLA) required.
• Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived testing per CLIA and SOPs.
• Supervise day-to-day lab operations and staff performance.
• Maintain QC records, instrument calibrations, and training.
• Ensure accurate specimen handling, reporting and communication.
