Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist II for the day shift at 90 Blossom Street, Boston. You will perform CLIA-defined tests, maintain QC and records, and supervise laboratory operations as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Sciences (or related) and ASCP certification eligibility, with 2+ years' lab experience preferred. A generous sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences required or equivalent.
• Experience 2+ years in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
• ASCP certification or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived and non-waived testing under CLIA guidelines.
• Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations and personnel.
• Maintain QC records, calibrations and inventory.
